Not included in the base price

  • Domain name registrationThe address itself, for example yourbusiness.lk. It stays yours and is billed at cost.
  • Bookings, customer logins or online paymentsWe can build these. They are quoted separately because the work varies a lot.
  • Photography and writing from scratchWe will tidy up what you write and tell you what is missing. Producing it all is separate.

Privacy Policy and Terms pages are legal templates. We set them up for you. They are not counted as one of your content pages, so you are not paying for them as page work.

Worth knowing before you decide

A few things we would rather say now than after you have paid.

  • The page count is a guide, not a limit

    Six is what most businesses need. If yours needs four, you do not pay for six. If it needs nine, we quote the extra.

  • We need your content

    Text, photographs and your logo. If you do not have them, say so early. We can help, but it changes the timeline.

  • Custom features are quoted separately

    Booking systems, customer logins, payment pages and anything connected to another system are not in the base price.

What fair usage means

This is shared hosting. We put around 12 websites with similar traffic on one server. That is what keeps the price low. If your site starts using much more than its share, we will tell you. We will talk through the options with you. We will not switch it off without warning you first.

Can I add pages later?
Yes. You can add them yourself, or we can quote for them. Adding a page does not mean rebuilding the site.
Will I be able to change the text myself?
Yes. We hand over a site you can edit, and we show you how before we close the project.
How long does it take?
It depends mostly on how quickly you can get us your content. We give you a date in writing when we quote.
Do you write the text for me?
We can help tidy up what you write, and we will tell you if something is unclear. Writing everything from nothing is quoted separately.
